When emotions are in turmoil, pets are affected, too. This blog has been written together with my dg, Wendy, and wants to support harmony in you and helping you triumph over insecurity.
Wendy
Adelina Wendy is an intelligent old-german shepherd. She writes her own blog www.lifewithwendy.rocks and today I couldn’t share the feeling she wanted in on this one here, too. Not only her, as a lot of beings of light are in attendance, too.
Why? Right now, animals are a a tither for many a human. The anchor the light in this world, the light that keeps hearts open.
Animals bring solace, strength, spirituality–each one holds its own special way.
Think with your heart
‘I would love for humans to already think with their heart.’ Mindfulness, grace, and the concept of right and wrong reside in the heart.
“We animals, we see the roots of ailments. In the fabrics of this world, many a good medicine thread is missing (note: in First Nations’ traditions, each animal holds its own medicine; for those who want to know more, see Medicine Cards (aff.link) | Threads because Mother Earth’s energy forms a fabric like a web or grid).
‘Laughter has been erased from human’s eyes. Many can’t find joy in everyday work in the very normal, nice, and beautiful rules that make a relationships special. My mom has always told me what I can and cannot do. 🐾And that’s a blessing. Human relationships too work because of rules.’
Stay with me
‘How beautiful are the times where you truly are with me. With your heart, and your mind, and even you belly.’
When everything’s hectic, animals nudge us into presence, into grounding ourselves. That is essential for stability.
And stability will be very much in need these upcoming weeks. Did you know stability has nothing to do with the outside world?
We tend to think that this or that has to change. Those with a dog may have heard the term ‘learn to endure, meaning to endure frustration or staying down even if dog doesn’t like it right now.
Stability is not all that different.
The web of stability
Stability requires joy. It cannot persist on its own. Why? Great question. Stability is both: an emotion and a state. For it to endure, meaning to become a state or a character trait, it needs to be with other emotions. Paired with the right emotions, stability weaves a web of clarity, flow, and security.
For example: regular routines bring stability to the human-dog-relationship. But fixed feeding times alone won’t a happy relationship make.
And it’s the same with human stability. As thread, it may break, but as a web it’s nearly indestructible.
The threads
Grounding, stability, faith, humbleness, modesty in uniform distribution guide humans through any phase in life.
Sounds simple. And it is! As it should be. On the other hand, we sometimes find it hard to give meaning to these words, and hence to even out the web.
- Grounding: to have both feet firmly on the ground, be playful, enjoy life. Living in the moment and having a connection with nature.
- Stability: knowing who you are and what you are capable of, staying true to your core, be centered; having and living values and principles, following a plan and having a goal.
- Faith: the infallible certainty of knowing that something higher exists, loves and that everything that happens can be handled with care. There is no punishment, just challenges.
- Modesty: to not fall prey to self-importance, but hold oneself in good esteem. To let neither praise nor critic touch you, because you follow God’s path.
Humbleness: to obey, to bend your knee for God’s plan. To accept one’s place in full gratefulness and respect and to persistently and continuously give one’s best in one’s work.
And haven’t those virtues become slightly unattractive? But the hearts, so hollow sind the 2020’s so broken, they would need them. Because when everything breaks down in the outside world, one of two things comes to existence: emptiness or stability. Choose!
